More great economic news for the City of Isanti. 2017 to 2018 median home sale prices increased $35,500 ($178,500 to $214,000). Cambridge saw only a $3,000 increase ($189,000 to $192,000). As we continue to diversify our tax base we lower our tax rates. We lowered our rate in 2018 7% and my proposed 2019 budget lowers our rate 10% more. We continue to move our City forward.
