Cutting Debt

I ran for Mayor in 2006 in large part to fix the terrible fiscal policies that lead to $9,106,681 in Net Debt which equated to $1,758 per person. Our independent audit for 2017 shows $2,935,209 in Net Debt which equates to $523 per person. We have increased general fund balance 41% in the last two years. Our expenditures per capita are 16% less than peer cities and our Administrative cost per capita are 20% less than our peer cities. We need to stick to my Long Term Financial Plan.
